Prepare to transform, upgrade and celebrate

The course has 3 phases and various activities.

Use this quick start guide to get started and keep track of what you need to do.

Welcome and Prep

  • Join our private Facebook group here
  • Wednesday or Thursday 7pm: Join the welcome Zoom session with Sandra
  • Order the Detox supplement from here
  • Read through the ‘PREP FOR THE 7 DAY DETOX’ module to prepare for the first phase of the course

Week 1 – 7 Day Detox

  • Complete the Symptoms Quiz on day 1 or before – it’s in your journal
  • Complete the Toxicity Quiz on day 1 or before – it’s in your journal
  • Start the detox
  • Read through the MenoKeto 1 module to prepare a menu plan for next week
  • Do the toxicity quiz again on day 7 and compare results
  • Join the Zoom support session with Sandra on Wednesday or Thursday at 8pm

Week 2 – MenoKeto 1

  • Plan ahead: the key to making this nutrition plan a success is to plan ahead by 7 days. Use the meal planner to ensure that you know what you are eating and so avoiding temptations and feeling hungry. If you have the time you can batch cook meals ahead of time and store them in your freezer until you need them.
  • Join the Zoom support session with Sandra on Wednesday or Thursday at 8pm

Week 3 – MenoKeto 2

  • Continue with the MenoKeto Formula
  • Join the Zoom support session with Sandra on Wednesday or Thursday at 8pm to troubleshoot any issues

Week 4 – MenoKeto 3

  • Continue with the MenoKeto Formula
  • Have a look at the Menopause Supplement Cheatsheet and join the Zoom support session with Sandra on Wednesday or Thursday at 8pm to pinpoint the supplement support you need

Week 5 – MenoKeto 4

  • Repeat the Symptoms Quiz at the end of this week and calculate your percentage decrease in symptoms. If you have scored 70-75% you are ready to move to the last phase of the course.
  • Prepare for finding your carbohydrate tolerance point. Which carbs have you been missing the most? Make sure to have them ready for next week!

Week 6 – Finding your carbohydrate tolerance point

  • Final week! Over the next 7 days you will be adding sugars and starches up to your carbohydrate tolerance point.
  • Power up and celebrate! You have given yourself the greatest gift of all, the guarantee of health and empowerment.
