Overview of the 3 nutritional phases

Detox, pause starchy carbs, then personalise your carbohydrate level

The course has 3 phases:

WEEK 1: 7 DAY DETOX

It only takes 7 days to get your body ready for going low carb, eliminate all sugar cravings easily and quickly, detox your body and ramp up your liver function.

By the end of this week you will already have improved sleep, more energy, begin weight loss (if you need to), have clearer skin and start reducing hot flushes, night sweats, anxiety, joint pain, and inflammation.

WEEK 2 – 5: MENOKETO

Burn fat

You will follow a nutrition plan specifically devised for women in this phase of life, that covers the root causes of symptoms – MenoKeto.

You will reduce carbohydrates while following a simple nutrition formula. You will have detailed information on what to do and how to do it.

By the end of week 5 at least 75% of your symptoms will have gone and you will be able to calculate this with the symptom trackers provided.

WEEK 6: CARBOHYDRATE TOLERANCE POINT

Personalise your nutrition

During this week you will learn how to adapt nutrition to your body – you will learn how you can find the level at which you can eat carbohydrates without your symptoms returning.
