I found the detox diet challenging at first, but really came to enjoy eating all the green
food! Whilst my inflammation has not gone away completely, I have noticed periods of time
with absolutely no pain whatsoever (and that hasn’t happened in years). I feel lighter, I don’t
ever feel bloated or overfull, I have more energy. In total I lost around 2kgs, and 1cm from
my waist and 2cm from my hips. But it’s not about the weight for me, rather it’s about
feeling less pain and getting stronger.
